These terms govern your use of the Backlist Audio website at backlistaudio.com, operated by Laverty Prod. Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 790596), Dublin. By using the site you agree to them. The paid service itself is governed by a separate Production Services Agreement, which is the document that sets out what we deliver and on what terms once you engage us.

No guarantee of results

The figures shown on this site, including the revenue growth of a fiction podcast we produce, are the real, historic results of one specific show. They are shared to illustrate the method. They are not a promise, projection or guarantee of the results you will get. Outcomes depend on your catalogue, genre, market and many factors outside our control.

Using the site

You may view and use this site for lawful, personal or business purposes connected with considering our service. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content or design for your own commercial use without permission.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text and graphics on this site are owned by Laverty Prod. Ltd or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property law. Nothing here transfers any rights in that material to you. This is separate from client work, where, under the Production Services Agreement, you keep 100% of your own intellectual property.

The site links to third-party services, such as our booking page, to help you get in touch. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites, which have their own terms and policies.
